Boulder White Clouds Monument: Michael Gibson, Outreach Coordinator for the Sportsmen for Boulder-White Clouds will be at our meeting to provide a brief overview of the proposed Boulder White Clouds Monument. The BVFF Board would like to get an indication from the membership before signing on as supporters for the Monument. Additional information about the Monument proposal is at http://www.sportsmenforbwc.org.
Presenter: Pete Erickson. When he is not fishing and guiding Pete teaches English to ninth-graders at East Junior High School in Boise. He's been a professional guide for 21 years in Idaho, Wyoming and Alaska. He competed with Team Fly Fishing U.S.A. for a decade and competed abroad numerous times. Erickson's latest gig in the fly fishing world is a rod designer for Echo fly rods. Pete designed the Shadow II fly rod as a European-style nymphing rod that also serves as a hybrid rod that casts dry flies.
