We do not have enough volunteers to help run this event!
Your BVFF Expo committee has been working since early spring to make this the biggest Expo in our clubs history! We have moved to the Large Main Expo building this year and have added the following:
• We have completely changed the layout for the vendors and booths and are close to filling every booth! • Two casting ponds, a single handed as well as something we have never tried before a “Spey Casting Pond”. • Programs in the Western Town, Programs in the Expo building, Fly Tying Theater and Workshops. All programs and workshops can be seen on the new http://BVFFExpo.com website • Blue Grass Band playing Friday Night!
We need your help and the help of your family members, please consider volunteering for a shift at the Expo or even a half of a shift. Any help at all would be appreciated. We even need people with cell phones who can sit in the program areas and call us if there are issues. We have scheduled the following volunteer event for you to get more information and have arranged for some catered treats/snacks, homemade brownies, cookies, etc.
What: Volunteer Meeting When: Tuesday, January 3rd at 7:00pm Where: Elks Lodge on Fairview Bring your family members to get them signed up!
Volunteer Dates and Times: • January 13th and 14th • Two shifts per day: • Friday - 12:00pm to 4:30pm and 4:30pm to 9:00pm • Saturday - 9:00am to 1:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:00pm
Volunteers Needed: • Set up on Thursday-Friday • Program Areas • Ticket Kiosk • BVFF booths • Casting ponds • Beginners fly tying booth • Take down Saturday evening
