2025 Bear River and Blackfoot River Outing

Begin or continue your Cutthroat Slam journey with Idaho's native Bonneville and Yellowstone cutthroat trout in some of the most amazing country you'll ever see! You are also close to waters that hold the Snake River Fine-spotted cutthroat trout. Knock out three birds (fish) with one stone.
Bert Williams has reserved a campground about 15 minutes from Lava Hot Springs that can accommodate 6 trailers and many tents. Contact Bert at (208) 631-8507 or bswilliams63@gmail.com for information regarding the campground and reserving a spot.

This is our second BVFF outing to this area and fishery and looks to be a terrific event. We hope you decide to join us in the pursuit of the Idaho Native Cutthroat Slam!
